✅ Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and edible products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong item (different from what was ordered)
The product is expired or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery
📦 Return Request Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained due to product sensitivity.
📸 Proof Required
To process a return, you must provide:
Clear images of the product
Image of the invoice and outer packaging
A brief description of the issue

💸 Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
A replacement will be shipped OR
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days & bank & festival holiday not calculate
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Items requested for return beyond 48 hours
Change of mind or taste preference
📍 Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
